Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on platform software around open-source container runtimes, Kubernetes, Kata Containers, and Confidential Containers. You will guide engineering strategy, design, and execution while coordinating with multiple NVIDIA teams to ensure seamless integration across the stack.

The role requires a deep background in systems software, distributed architectures, and strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams.
Strong understanding of container orchestration systems (K8s) and container technologies.
Experience with Rust and Go, and data structures/algorithm design.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux kernel internals and cloud/distributed software design.
Focus on performance, security, and reliability in complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Lead a small dynamic team developing platform software around open-source runtimes and Kubernetes.
Enable GPUs as first-class resources in Kubernetes, Kata Containers, and Confidential Containers.
Join core group building cloud-native tech enabling NVIDIA accelerators in the k8s environment.
Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering teams to ensure seamless integration across the stack.
Multitask across tracks to respond to evolving priorities.
