NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team building platform software around container runtimes and Kubernetes. You will oversee integration across the stack, drive high-performance distributed systems, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Candidates should have 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ in leadership, strong Cloud/K8s experience, and expertise in Rust/Go and Unix internals. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience, incl. at least 5 years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Container Orchestration Systems (K8s) and Container Technology.
• Working knowledge in Systems programming languages such as Rust and Go.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux kernel internals and cloud/distributed software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small dynamic team developing platform software for Kubernetes, Kata, and Confidential Containers.
• Coordinate with NVIDIA engineering to integrate software across the stack.
• Drive design, execution, and delivery with strong planning and communication.
• Foster innovation while ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and scale the team to meet evolving priorities.
