Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Endpoint Software Engineer within the Enterprise Security Technology team. You will develop, deploy, and operate automation and internal solutions addressing evolving threats while collaborating with architects, product managers, and partner teams.

You will build automation pipelines with Python, contribute to detection logic, and integrate SIEM/SOAR workflows to protect enterprise workloads across cloud platforms and internal infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on security software development experience.
• Automation used in production at scale of 10k+ endpoints.
• Scripting or programming in Python or Go.
• Experience with formal change management processes in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop security solutions leveraging best development practices and modern tools.
• Leverage enterprise security tech (XDR, vulnerability management, network security, application control).
• Engage in threat modeling and vendor evaluation.
• Support CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code efforts for endpoint security services.
• Partner with Product Management through project lifecycle.
