• Improve platform reliability via monitoring, alerts, and hardening.
• Design and build APIs and services including REST APIs and integration registries.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, design, and documentation.
• Mentor engineers through PR reviews, sprint planning, and deep-dives.
• Collaborate with security architects and partner orgs for clean integrations.
• Support on-call operations across time zones.
