Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Architect to lead the Enterprise Defense pillar, designing and integrating security across endpoints, networks, email, and cloud across on-prem, hybrid and multi-cloud environments to protect devices, apps and data.

You will own threat modeling, risk reduction, and roadmaps, mentor Scrum teams, and drive PoC evaluations while aligning security with business objectives and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity engineering and infrastructure defense.
• 8+ years as an enterprise security architect overseeing multi-domain stacks.
• Expertise in EDR/XDR platforms and application control.
• Deep CSPM and SSPM knowledge.
• Proficient with vulnerability platforms and API-integrated email security tools.
• Knowledge of SWG and TLS decryption at scale.
• Experience designing deception environments.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure.
• Ability to roadmap architecture and mentor teams.
• Related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for core Enterprise Defense capabilities (EDR/XDR, endpoint protection, app control).
• Own vulnerability management, including CTEM.
• Design cloud posture strategy (CSPM/SSPM) for multi-cloud environments.
• Architect email security, gateways, and DMARC/DKIM/SPF controls.
• Lead network and perimeter defense, including SSE, DLP, and secure browsers.
• Define enterprise defense references and deployment blueprints across environments.
• Align endpoint security with business, security, and regulatory goals.
• Partner with product and engineering to drive roadmaps and modernization.
• Design automated workflows linking discoveries, threat intel, and remediation priorities.
• Ensure telemetry from tools feeds SIEM/SOAR/SOC pipelines.
