Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Endpoint Software Engineer to build and operate automation, tools, and solutions for endpoint security across enterprise workloads. You’ll work with architects, engineers, product managers, and partners to address evolving threats and automate processes across vendor solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on security software development, experience at scale, and proficiency in Python or Go.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on security software development experience.
• Experience building automation for production-scale endpoint systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Go scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and enterprise change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop security solutions using modern tools and practices.
• Apply knowledge of XDR, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, and Application Control.
• Implement automated security software within enterprise change processes.
• Engage in threat modeling and vendor evaluation.
• Contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and config-as-code for endpoint security.
• Collaborate with SIEM/SOAR and telemetry teams to tune detection and response.
