Job description

Lead hardware design, software development, integration, testing, and delivery for electronic warfare products, including circuit card assemblies, subsystems, and test equipment. Support continued production and sustainment by troubleshooting failures, transitioning products into production, collaborating on design updates and analyses, and improving product yield and affordability.

Requirements: Requires at least 8 years of electrical engineering experience, an active Secret security clearance, and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve problems in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Candidates should bring hands-on experience with military avionics or electronic hardware, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a willingness to develop expertise across digital, analog, RF, microwave, optical, power, backplane, and test disciplines.
