Job summary

Tyson Foods in Wisconsin is seeking an office clerk to support equipment and parts procurement, shop warranty, and road service operations. You will manage invoices, resolve payment issues, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities include processing fuel invoices weekly, reconciling POs, and guiding 77+ garage facilities on proper procedures. This is an hourly, 1st shift role with standard business hours.

SUMMARY This role supports key work processes related to equipment and parts acquisition, shop warranty, and road service operations. The position ensures accurate financial and operational support by managing invoices, resolving payment issues, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and pay 15-20 fuel invoices in a timely and accurate manner weekly
• Update requisition pricing requests from the enterprise
• Review, reconcile, and maintain open purchase orders (POs)
• Validate Comcheck and Transflo transactions
• Manage and reconcile 20+ vendor aging statements
• Provide guidance and training to 77+ garage and maintenance facilities on proper procedures and processes
• Work across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Cetaris, and vendor systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school diploma or higher required or a candidate in the process of earning their BA degree a plus.
• Experience: 3 plus years of office clerical experience.
• Previous experience in data collection and analysis a plus.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; must possess professional phone skills with both internal company contacts and external customers.
• Technical Skills Proficient in all Microsoft Basic programs. Strong Excel skills required, including formulas, data analysis, and creating graphs/charts Ability to analyze data and present insights to support operational decisions.
