Job summary

Nexxen seeks a Sr. Director, Business Development to own strategy and commercial growth for the self-serve deals platform for publishers.

Lead executive engagement, shape go-to-market, and drive adoption across Nexxen products, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal. This leader will unite strategic business development with enterprise sales leadership, guiding multi-year vision and advancing high-value opportunities from origination through launch

Qualifications

• Own strategy and commercial growth of Nexxen’s self-serve deals platform for publishers.
• Build executive-level publisher relationships and develop repeatable go-to-market motions.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Define platform category strategy and differentiated value proposition across monetization and self-serve execution.
• Identify growth opportunities from market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
• Develop annual/quarterly operating plans with revenue forecasts and adoption goals.
• Originate and close strategic partnerships with enterprise publishers and CTV platforms.
