Location: Remote across North America
Position Description: The Director, Partner Sales will drive the success of Intuitive’s partner sales by collaborating with AWS, Google, Azure, IBM and other partner sales and business teams. This role requires a holistic view of the Intuitive’s business and involves working across the Intuitive sales team to enhance and grow revenue through collaboration with cloud providers. You will collaborate with business practice leaders, sales, alliance, and marketing teams to execute on the most effective partner sales strategy and tactics. You will become a trusted point of contact for Intuitive’s executives and sellers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and jointly generating net new opportunities through partner co-sell.
Responsibilities:
- Forge trusted relationships with regional AWS/Google/ISV partner sellers to drive Intuitive’s brand awareness, opportunity generation, and position Intuitive’s services
- Jointly with Intuitive’s sellers, build pipeline and generate new revenue through channel against an assigned quota, focusing on new logo clients with high potential for Intuitive offerings
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in partnership with channel partners for targeted use-cases, case-studies, through Intuitive’s leadership events, as well as partner events
- Drive new partner-funded revenues for existing Intuitive’s accounts, maximizing funding opportunities
- Build strong strategic and focused relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the partner eco-system showcasing Intuitive’s deep expertise across industry verticals (FinServ, Banking, HealthCare, Lifesciences, Energy, Telco), as well as horizontal practices (Migration & Modernization, CyberSecurity, Data/ML/AI/GenAI)
- Manage overall partner sales relationships, act as the central point of contact for AWS, Google, IBM and ISV sellers and district managers, lead efforts on co-selling and establishing trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and partner sellers to generate pipeline
- Jointly with Intuitive’s EVPs and alliance leadership, create regional and industry strategies to uncover new sources of leads and revenue through Intuitive’s relationship with channels sales teams. This includes direct sales, demand generation efforts, go to market plays, presentations, webinar participation, onsite events, etc.
- Engage deeply with partner sellers and educate channel stakeholders on Intuitive capabilities and success stories to effectively communicate Intuitive’s value proposition to partner sellers
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Cloud Consulting or Sales or BizDev role targeting US F1000 clients, working the AWS and/or Google partner ecosystem, specifically focused on sales and demand generation
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry in business development, sales, consulting, product management, and/or alliances roles
- Experience selling high-value cloud consultancy services and/or software solutions, revenue generation, and client-direct selling
- Proven track record in targeting and selling to F1000 companies in North America, especially in Healthcare, Life Sciences, FSI, Energy, Manufacturing
- Prior experience of achieving individual sales target of at least USD 2-5Mn working with various partner teams and building trusted relationship with senior leadership
- Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
- Proven track record in supporting large, complex cloud sales cycles with enterprise customers, and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota targets
- Highly skilled at building account-level go-to-market strategies and working with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with public cloud providers within large enterprises, entrepreneurial and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do with AWS, Google, and other partners
- Applicable cloud certification within AWS and/or Google.
