  • Lead and manage all agent and distributor relationships for our new brand products within the US market to drive product sales and ensure strict compliance with company sales policies. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed annual targets.
  • Develop and manage retail channels in North America, including key accounts such as Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club to expand brand presence and drive retail performance.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans and strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers to support overall business growth.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics; deliver prompt, effective solutions to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and strategic partners to design and execute regional marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage sell-in and sell-out performance across the region, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and optimal inventory planning.
  • Address product quality concerns and customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams to identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in channel sales management, preferably within the 3C electronics, home appliances, or IoT industries.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, key account management, and expanding distributor and retail networks. Strong experience in opening new markets is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, inventory management, retail pricing strategies, and key account store operations.
  • Familiarity with key retail buyers in North America, especially those responsible for the smart cleaning category at Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, with a strong network and proven ability to pitch and place products successfully.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
