As the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain within our Global Supply Chain organization you will oversee the strategic direction of supply chain operations. You will lead the Category Management, Sourcing, Cost Engineering, Contract Management and New Product Introduction supply chain teams. Additionally, you will focus on expanding and implementing a global supply chain transformation that supports business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple organizations, sites, cultures and practices. You will report to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain.

As the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain within our Global Supply Chain organization you will oversee the strategic direction of supply chain operations. You will lead the Category Management, Sourcing, Cost Engineering, Contract Management and New Product Introduction supply chain teams. Additionally, you will focus on expanding and implementing a global supply chain transformation that supports business growth. You Make an Impact By:

• Ensure a robust and competitive supply base to meet quality cost and delivery requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive category initiatives and ensure alignment with manufacturing, and business unit objectives.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, cost analysis and supplier collaboration.
• Develop and implement category strategies to optimize supplier performance and risk management
• Lead the supply chain aspects of NPI, ensuring timely and cost-effective launch of new products.
• Oversee the sourcing strategy and execution, including supplier selection, negotiations and contract management.
  
  

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field and experiences (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Knowledge of industry trends in electronics, mechanical and optics and photonics.

We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $183,400 to $270,600 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
