Millennium Print Group in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Finishing & Packaging Operations to lead a critical manufacturing area of our world-class operation.

You will drive Lean initiatives, build high-performing teams, and partner with engineering, supply chain, and executive leadership to optimize planning and capital investments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing multiple departments or multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Lead Finishing and Packaging Operations to deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach managers while building a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Implement Lean, KPI-driven management, and operational excellence initiatives to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize production planning, ERP usage, scheduling, automation, and capital investments.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulations, quality systems, and customer expectations.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging manufacturing technologies and best practices.

What You'll Do

• Lead Finishing and Packaging Operations to deliver exceptional performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within high-volume production environments.
• Experience managing multiple manufacturing departments or multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Strong financial, analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
