Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is seeking a Sr. Director of Finishing & Packaging Operations in Raleigh, NC. Lead finishing and packaging to deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer satisfaction.

You will develop managers, drive Lean, KPI-driven management, and partner with cross-functional leaders on production planning, ERP usage, automation, and capital investments. The role includes budgets and compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing multiple manufacturing departments or multi-site operations.
• Strong experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence.
• Strong financial, analytical, leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
