Job summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing initiatives in Raleigh, NC. You will drive capital projects, automation and operational excellence to deliver high-impact results.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with project management tools; PMP or Lean Six Sigma is preferred, with a competitive compensation package and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing capital projects or automation initiatives.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks and cross-functional teams.
• PM software proficiency (MS Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills; PMP/CAPM/Lean Six Sigma/Agile preferred.

• Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, FAT/SAT, and production readiness.
• Monitor risks, budgets, timelines, and performance; report to executives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support decisions and continuous improvement.

We\'re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. What You'll Do

• Lead manufacturing capital projects, facility expansions, automation initiatives, and technical programs from concept through operational startup.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, governance processes, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and production readiness.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, timelines, and performance while driving successful project execution.
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and reports that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing capital projects, engineering programs, automation initiatives, or technical projects.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, governance, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are preferred.
