Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is seeking a Bindery Supervisor in Morrisville, NC. You will lead daily finishing and bindery operations to ensure safe, efficient production that meets customer specifications.

This hands‑on leadership role requires coordinating schedules, coaching operators, maintaining quality, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience in bindery, finishing, printing, packaging, or production is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily bindery and finishing operations.
  • Review production job jackets and specifications for accuracy.
  • Coordinate production schedules and workflow priorities.
  • Supervise operators and provide daily coaching and guidance.
  • Verify machine setups, cutting plans, molds, and production documentation.
  • Monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Investigate and resolve production and equipment issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and quality.
  • Monitor employee performance and support development efforts.
  • Promote safety, housekeeping, and compliance throughout the department.

Bindery Supervisor

We're looking for a Bindery Supervisor to join our team. If you're passionate about manufacturing leadership, production operations, quality, and team development, this is your opportunity to lead finishing operations for one of the world's leading trading card manufacturers.

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

Summary

The Bindery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily finishing and bindery operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

This role provides leadership to bindery personnel, coordinates production schedules, verifies quality standards, supports process improvements, and ensures production goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily bindery and finishing operations.
  • Review production job jackets and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate production schedules and workflow priorities.
  • Supervise operators and provide daily coaching, support, and guidance.

  • Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Bindery, finishing, printing, packaging, or production experience preferred.
