Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director, AI Engineering Lead to shape enterprise AI strategy, lead a team of AI engineers, and define architectures enabling scalable, secure AI across our digital products portfolio.

You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Core Technology to drive reusable AI capabilities, establish governance, and deliver production-ready AI in a global enterprise context.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, ML, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in software or AI/ML engineering with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience deploying production AI systems and end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, MCP/A2A, and governance practices.
• Hands-on backend/API design in cloud-native environments (Python, Java/Go/C++).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay hands-on when required to solve critical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture and interoperability patterns across platforms.
• Lead AI engineering strategy, roadmaps, and reusable capabilities.
• Build and mentor a global AI engineering team and champions of best practices.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Tech Leads to translate business goals into AI capabilities.
• Establish AI observability, security, and governance throughout production systems.
• Advance digital twin and enterprise-grade AI capabilities for scale.
