Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of AI Engineering Lead in Atlanta, GA. You will shape AI strategy, build and lead a high-performing AI engineering team, and drive enterprise-scale AI platforms across product portfolios.

You will establish reusable architectures, drive governance and observability, and partner with Product, Data Science, and Core Technology to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring safety and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in software or AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven record shipping production AI systems and ML pipelines.
• Hands-on with Python and at least one of Java/Go/C++.
• Experience with LLM-based systems, RAG, and MCP/A2A standards.
• Experience in enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI engineering roadmap with product teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Lead complex AI initiatives and guide model selection and architectures.
• Define enterprise AI architecture, interoperability patterns, and reuse.
• Develop reusable SDKs, templates, and CI/CD for AI platforms.
• Establish AI operating patterns, observability, and deployment practices.
• Embed governance, guardrails, and responsible AI throughout AI workflows.
• Advance digital twin capabilities and scalable AI across markets.
• Collaborate with product, data, and Core Technology for adoption.
