We are supporting a growing digital infrastructure platform in the search for a Senior Director, Commercial Development to lead complex commercial transactions involving powered land and large-scale data center development opportunities.
This role is specifically suited to someone who has built their career on the hyperscale data center side of the industry and understands how major cloud, AI and data center customers evaluate, structure and secure development capacity.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial deal-making experience with a deep understanding of hyperscale requirements, site selection, power availability and the development of large-scale data center campuses.
The Role
You will lead the commercial strategy and execution of powered land transactions, working with hyperscale customers, developers, investors and internal development teams to convert infrastructure opportunities into successful commercial agreements.
This is a senior, client-facing position requiring the ability to understand customer requirements, structure complex deals and navigate the commercial, technical and development considerations associated with large-scale data center projects.
