Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned to AGT’s three-year plan. You will manage 2–3 strategic programs, delivering end-to-end value with executive visibility.

You will partner across sales, CS, and other functions, driving frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing team and championing change at pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in strategy, operations, or project leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting AGT’s three-year plan.
• Own end-to-end delivery from framing to execution with tracking and impact.
• Develop strategic frameworks focused on actionable insights and results.
• Oversee complex program management and hands-on execution.
• Drive collaboration and align initiatives across the organization.
• Engage stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Deliver updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build and sustain a high-performing team.
