Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to drive high-impact initiatives across AGT’s three-year plan. You will manage 2-3 programs concurrently, partnering with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver speed, precision, and measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and strong program leadership in a fast-paced environment focused on productivity gains in Sales and CS across GTM segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from framing through execution with tracking and impact realization.
• Develop strategic frameworks with actionable insights and results.
• Lead complex program and project management efforts balancing oversight with hands-on execution.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align initiatives across the organization and foster innovation.
