Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead cross-functional initiatives aligned to AGT’s three-year plan. You will manage 2-3 strategic programs with executive visibility, shaping operating models and delivering measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor planning teams, and champion data-driven change in a fast-paced, high-rigor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering persuasive narratives.
• Thrives in an organization with high operational rigor, is a self-starter, and is agile.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive leader with a strong bias for action and a proven ability to drive results at pace.
• Collaborative team player who excels at building trust and working across departments.
• Champion for change, pushing beyond comfort zone with data and cross-functional bridges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
