The role drives site strategy, governance, and long-range planning at the La Verne site, aligning with enterprise priorities and leadership development. You will enable effective decision-making and operational discipline, shaping improvement across manufacturing.

Location: La Verne, CA. Compensation: $221,000–$286,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and operational management.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Excellent cross-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the VP of Operations and Site Leadership Team.
• Translate site and enterprise priorities into governance and performance systems.
• Lead staff development, budgeting, and multi-functional strategic planning.
• Establish processes to achieve long-term strategic goals and improve production efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs to track performance and guide optimization.
• Communicate organizational changes and site strategy to senior management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through effective change management.
