Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR or related business experience.
• Significant strategic HR partnership experience in a complex, global environment.
• Experience advising and coaching senior executives and leadership teams.
• Broad experience in strategic workforce planning, organization capability planning, and talent management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage sensitive matters.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building high-performing teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner R&D Division to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will serve as a strategic partner to the R&D organization, helping shape how structure, talent, and leadership capabilities support long-term business goals. The role will connect workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy across senior leadership teams in a complex global environment. It is ideal for an experienced HR leader who can influence executives, guide change, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Location: Rahway, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $231,900 – $365,000 annually
