Equifax is seeking a Sr Director of AI Platform Engineering to lead the architecture and ownership of the Agent Harness & Orchestrator, enabling autonomous agents to perform complex engineering and analytics workflows at scale within a secure enterprise environment. Qualifications

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a related role with extensive industry experience with predictive models.
• Experience designing or deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions in an enterprise or production environment.
• Extensive engineering or technology background with specific knowledge of Data & Analytics.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, proven ability to work across business units and with internal stakeholders.
• Additional role-based certifications may be required depending upon region/BU requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data preparation, analytics, and deployable solutions across multiple projects as SME on data structures and algorithms.
• Define analytical strategy to create industry impact and promote business solutions.
• Evaluate new data sources and design code to improve productivity.
• Lead programs delivering predictive models, risk/detection solutions, and recommendations; influence decisions and enable execution.
• Evaluate external data sources and provide due diligence recommendations.
• Guide data science teams on deliverable quality and accuracy.
• Present results to C-level and stakeholders, communicating industry impact.
• Serve as SME for COE/BU/Regions and share best practices globally.
