Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Architect to define how AI-native software delivery works across the organization. You will set technical direction for agent orchestration, AI governance, and enterprise knowledge systems, influencing engineering, security, and business units.

You will report to the EVP of Developer Experience & AI Tooling and will drive reference implementations, platform standards, and secure integration across CI/CD, cloud landing zones, and backstage tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience.
• 3+ years in a Senior Architect or equivalent leadership role.
• Hands-on experience building developer platforms and AI-native systems.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale internal developer platforms.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, golden paths, and cloud-native landing zones.
• Production experience with agent orchestration and SDLC agents.
• Experience with enterprise retrieval, Knowledge Graphs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI tools via MCP servers and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for agentic software delivery and the governed AI marketplace.
• Build reference implementations for agent orchestration and AI governance.
• Establish internal AI architecture for policy enforcement and usage controls.
• Define platform standards for SDKs, connectors, and marketplace contributions.
• Partner with Security Engineering on SLSA provenance, SBOMs, and policy-as-code.
• Connect CI/CD, cloud landing zones, and AI capabilities into a secure developer platform.
• Resolve cross-team technical decisions spanning platform, AI, security, and business units.
• Represent the platform's direction with senior leaders and engineering teams.
