Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a visionary AI Engineering Lead to architect and own the Agentic AI Platform, building a scalable, autonomous workflow fabric with agent skills and knowledge.

You will lead production-grade multi-agent ecosystems, guide data strategies, and align technical decisions with enterprise risk, security, and governance.

This role is based in Alpharetta, GA, involves 4 days in-office collaboration (Mon–Thu) with Friday flexibility and direct-hire status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 10+ years in a related role with extensive experience with predictive models.
• Experience designing or deploying Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions in an enterprise or production environment.
• Strong data & analytics background with delivery execution experience.
• Excellent executive presence and communication, with ability to work across business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead data preparation, analytics, and development of deployable solutions across multiple projects.
• Define the analytical strategy to create significant industry impact.
• Evaluate data sources and design code to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Lead programs that generate enterprise revenue with predictive models and risk/detection capabilities.
• Mentor and guide data scientists to ensure deliverable quality and accuracy.
• Communicate results to C-level management and stakeholders.
