Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Product Operations Lead (Finance) to standardize product tooling usage (Aha!) and drive AI adoption across a 20+ country workforce. The role focuses on process improvement, maturity in product development, and governance of metrics and reporting.

Based in Alpharetta, GA office or Midtown ATL (OAC), the team collaborates 4 days in-office and offers Friday remote flexibility. In-person interviews are required and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Analyst, or Product Manager in a tech/data-driven org.
• Proven BI reporting, KPI definition, and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Agile and standard project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement and optimize scalable process improvements across the product org.
• Optimize AI usage to drive operational efficiency and product maturity.
• Champion a product-led culture and support upskilling and continuous improvement.
• Standardize meeting materials and reporting formats for exec reviews.
• Drive tool usage standardization across 20+ country workforce.
• Lead day-to-day admin, configuration, and customization of Aha! for planning/execution.
• Guide stakeholder teams to set up workflows within guidelines and document policies.
• Govern license management and usage to maximize investment.
• Analyze insights to identify variances, anomalies, and trends for exec decisions.
• Define core metrics and calculation methodologies for consistent reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Finance to track initiative health.
