Gallagher Services, a Catholic Charities program in Sparks Glencoe, MD, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Monday–Friday 11 AM–7 PM schedule. The role includes assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence, and building meaningful relationships.
You will support daily living activities, prepare meals, and help with personal care while advocating for clients’ rights and dignity. A valid license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required.
