What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Create clear technical design artifacts considering system dependencies, failure states, and maintainability
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide the execution of the team's strategic roadmap
- Develop and implement performance metrics to improve the efficiency of high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Attract, develop, and retain associates while facilitating decisions on project scope and design requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment with a proven track record in developing scalable data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of HL7 interface engines and experience with HL7 FHIR, HL7 CDA, and HL7 v2
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, and Java
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
- Previous experience in a cloud environment
