What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Create clear technical design artifacts considering system dependencies and maintainability
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align team goals with the overall program vision
- Develop and implement performance metrics for high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Facilitate decisions on project scope and design requirements while managing engineering risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment, with a proven track record in developing scalable data interfaces
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading HL7 interface engines and experience with HL7 FHIR, CDA, and v2
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
