What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a scalable, high-performance health data interface engine
- Create clear technical design artifacts that consider system dependencies and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the strategic roadmap and program vision
- Develop and implement performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of high-volume HL7 v2 interfaces
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a health technology environment, with proven success in developing scalable data interfaces and 3+ years in a cloud environment
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience leading teams and managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of industry-leading HL7 interface engines such as Iguana or Intersystem
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and implementing DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
