GDH is seeking a Senior Security Design & Analytics Specialist in Bentonville, AR to plan, design, analyze, and implement physical security technology initiatives across locations. You will build dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor project performance and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with security, facilities, and operations teams, translate data into actionable insights for leadership, and maintain design documentation and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in security technology, business analytics, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting and visualization platforms.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights and reports.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

This role collaborates across multiple functions to support successful security system deployments and operations. The position uses data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for operational improvement and support strategic decision-making.

Pay Range

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 hourly

Location

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
