Job summary

GDH Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Python developer to design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications and microservices in cloud or hybrid environments.

You will create RESTful APIs with FastAPI/Flask/Django REST Framework, model data for reliable DB operations, and participate in architecture discussions with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience using Python as a primary language.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar.
• Experience building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django REST Framework, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy and migration tools.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment patterns.

Role Summary

The role focuses on delivering clean, maintainable, and well-documented software while collaborating with cross-functional teams on application architecture, API development, data modeling, and technical solutions that support business and product requirements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote and asynchronous environments.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.

Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 USD Hourly. This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
