Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Design Manager with proven beauty industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative skills and a portfolio that reflects their expertise in design, digital graphics, and brand development. This individual must have management experience and has to manage a team of over 3+.

Responsibilities

Lead and Oversee Creative Projects

• Drive the development of elevated, on-brand visuals across digital and print mediums.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for global campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering growth and innovation.

Creative Execution

• Oversee design efforts for digital platforms, including social media, mobile experiences, web pages, banners, and emails.
• Guide the creation of print materials such as OOH advertising, in-store signage, catalogs, packaging, and invitations.
• Conceptualize and manage global templates, ensuring adaptability for regional markets and partners.

Collaboration and Communication

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative deliverables meet briefs and elevate the user experience.
• Support the social media strategy by curating and overseeing the creation of Instagram grids, story assets, and other social content.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure market-specific relevance while maintaining brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in modern digital design platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Expertise in both digital and print design, with a strong understanding of current trends.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring design teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, branding, and creating memorable visual experiences.
