Position Summary

The Sr. Demand Planner maintains and generates unit forecasts for the Division using Logility software. Prepares for and facilitates monthly Demand Reviews. Provides a variety of data analysis for the Business Teams as needed. Enters and maintains demand for development products.

Essential Functions
  1. Download customer forecasts from customer portals and load into Logility. Develop views and perform analysis on demand inputs and generate an 18-month demand plan monthly for assigned accounts.
  2. Advise management of demand changes and recommend forecast adjustments.
  3. Evaluate and confirm customer forecasts through collaboration with customers.
  4. Extract unit forecast from Logility and load into MRP system monthly.
  5. Analyze FG SS accounting for customer contractual requirements.
  6. Provide critical inputs for the Annual Operating Plan.
  7. Generate inputs for the monthly SIOP process.
  8. Identify and request corrections to sales order dates and MRP item master data.
  9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional associations.
  10. Apply continuous improvement techniques to internal processes and systems. Comply with policies and procedures.
  11. Share knowledge, represent the company on projects, mentor new employees, and contribute to team efforts, including cross-functional or project team responsibilities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; preferably passed the CPIM basics exam or at least one CPIM exam.
  2. Typically requires two or more years of related experience.
  3. Knowledge of manufacturing resource planning theories, principles, and industry practices.
  4. Proficient in business applications, MRP systems, and interface operations.
  5. Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred.
  6. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  7. Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  8. Participate in goal-setting, performance feedback, and self-development activities.
