Position Summary

Inventory lead in a team logistics environment, responsible for performing product support duties of moderate scope and complexity, primarily focusing on inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks, monitor team performance, and provide technical/process guidance to team members. Support team and division objectives, fostering efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate team problem solving and meetings, assist with training, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Track team productivity, review discrepancies, take corrective actions, and ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Manage resource distribution, assist with audits, and support team development and counseling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain inventory accuracy in systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with six years related product support experience or equivalent.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Proficiency in computer operations and MS Office; ability to operate equipment as needed.

Physical and Mental Demands

Frequent movement within the plant, operating computers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous equipment.
