This role is responsible for managing the performance of multiple demand generation campaigns supporting the creation of sales and product adoption pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop ICPs/Personas across Thryv’s verticals, understanding customers' challenges.
  • Build and align messaging frameworks for SaaS GTM strategies.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns including paid media, webinars, social, content syndication and more.
  • Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting out monthly program-level budget as well as program performance and MQL/PQL and SAL forecast.
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimization.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix, and then work cross-functionally to oversee the execution of programs. Also, utilizes tools like Google Analytics and Domo for performance read outs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales enablement teams to shape demos, cadences, talk tracks, promotions, and pricing strategies for inbound marketing efforts.
  • Success building trial motions and converting users into paying customers.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, required. Including experience developing and executing holistic campaigns; working with SaaS based demand generation customers; developing campaigns for freemium and product led growth organizations; working with true SMBs (1-250 employees); Hubspot and Google Analytics experience; and agency management experience, required.
  • 8+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Strong ability to present across the organization, influence, and engage a diverse set of internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled in developing campaigns for trial and product led growth organizations.
  • Excellent ability to work with SaaS based demand generation customers.
  • Highly skilled in developing and executing holistic campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of demand creation and demand capture and how to resource and measure against those buckets.
  • Extensive experience in Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Strong experience in agency management.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
