We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr Digital Strategist to lead web optimization efforts, enhance user journeys, and drive measurable improvements in our digital presence. This role will go beyond strategy, playing a pivotal part in implementing and executing data-driven recommendations that improve performance and user experience.

As our Sr Digital Strategist, you will transform insights into action, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and digital engagement. You will define digital initiatives, execute strategies, and ensure seamless implementation to support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes digital strategies that enhance user experience, optimize SEO, and driver conversions.
  • Creates and manages comprehensive reporting systems including Domo, Looker Studio, GA4, and more to monitor website performance.
  • Analyzes website performance and user behavior data throughout the entire funnel, from first touch through conversion, to uncover actionable insights.
  • Creates and implements action plans based on data findings, ensuring measurable improvements and effective optimizations.
  • Leads A/B testing and experiment-driven optimizations across the digital ecosystem to drive engagement and improve user flows.
  • Drives adoption of the latest digital tools and interactive trends to enhance engagement and personalize user experiences.
  • Collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate digital strategies effectively and ensure thorough execution of campaigns and optimizations.
  • Identifies opportunities for automation and personalization to boost efficiency, track digital KPIs, and inform ongoing adjustments.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
  • 5+ years of related experience, required.
  • 9+ years of related experience, preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action- someone who turns insights into execution.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Optimizely, Domo/Tableau, and other digital performance tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Email, Full funnel, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and UX best practices.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Background in SaaS, SMB markets, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and drive implementation.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and ensuring timely execution of digital strategies.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.

The on-target earnings ("OTE") (base salary + bonus) for this position is up to $107,000 USD annually in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
