The Sr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for improving Customer Loyalty and satisfaction over time. Candidates should be experienced with building and maintaining relationships with clients and be a Subject Matter Expert on both all offerings and internal processes. Candidate will communicate in Spanish and English with customers and other representatives.
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. West Coast Highly Preferred.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Manage new and existing relationships with contracted agencies.
- Oversee rollout of services for newly acquired clients to align both parties’ interests.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Conduct remote trainings utilizing web conferencing software or onsite as needed.
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Understand and review account performance and ensure timely communication of any gap closure efforts
- Create and manage territory plans that deliver on all goals & objectives.
- Ensure that accounts in the assigned territory are visited as required per the KPI’s.
- Transition past due accounts to Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure that the CRM is updated in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proven Account, Client Management, or Customer Success experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, to deal positively with risk mitigation and conflict resolution.
- High degree of problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
- Strong data/information analysis and integration skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and information with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify, prioritize and respond to multiple and conflicting tasks
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience managing Client Accounts or direct consultative selling
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce and capable of learning new technology
- Up to 50% travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- Relevant work experience in a technology, corrections, or offender monitoring industry
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment. Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.

- $68,337 – $77,904
