The Sr. Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in Designalytics' mission to secure, service, retain, and grow client relationships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting professional who thrives on ownership and collaboration. As a key partner to our sales team, the CSM will ensure clients experience the full value of Designalytics' suite of solutions while also supporting efforts to expand our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management & Project Execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Manage research projects from scoping to delivery, including gathering inputs, coordinating internal resources, and light image editing as needed.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights tailored to clients' business initiatives.
- Strengthen internal collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional client service and insights.
- Assist sales teams in preparing for client presentations, ensuring compelling and data-driven storytelling.
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, drive renewal rates, and uncover opportunities for expansion.
- Partner with sales leaders to craft and execute email campaigns aimed at engaging potential new clients.
- Develop compelling outreach content that highlights Designalytics' value proposition and sparks interest.
- Track sales analytics and prospecting efforts to optimize engagement and conversion strategies.
- Leverage CRM and email marketing tools to enhance prospecting efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative market research, sales, client success, account/project management, or a related role.
- Experience collaborating and presenting to large CPG companies.
- A passion for client service with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights effectively.
- Comfort engaging directly with clients and handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to create and execute outreach campaigns.
- High comfort level with technology and a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), email marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic Photoshop skills are a plus.
