About The Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM), you will play a critical role in onboarding, engaging, and retaining Ordr customers. You will be the technical voice of the customer, driving value realization through close alignment with stakeholder goals, adoption strategies, and successful deployments. This is a fully remote position based in the U.S., reporting to the Director of Customer Success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers from pre-sales engagement through onboarding and full lifecycle success
  • Understand each customer’s security priorities and create tailored success plans
  • Guide adoption, expansion, and value realization for customers across industries
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer stakeholders
  • Identify and manage technical risks; drive resolution by coordinating internal teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate outcomes and identify new opportunities
  • Translate customer challenges into feedback for product improvement
  • Track and report customer health, satisfaction, project progress, and risks
  • Act as a strategic advisor, mapping Ordr platform features to customer security needs
  • Encourage advocacy and develop customers into Ordr brand ambassadors
  • Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support to ensure successful customer outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting
  • Background in B2B SaaS and familiarity with security, remote access, and cloud environments
  • Strong technical expertise in switches, routers, firewalls, and network security
  • Knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, NAC (802.1x), vulnerability management, and cybersecurity practices
  • CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
  • Experience with CSM/CRM tools and customer engagement platforms
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed culture
