Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Customer Assistance Representative Sr at Scranton International Airport. The CAR Sr will assist internal and external customers with face-to-face service, reservations, and administrative tasks at the airport location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers.
• Provide a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist in processing returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services to customers.
• May offer optional protection products, upgrades and fuel options.
• Notify management of vehicle issues or needed maintenance.
• Perform administrative tasks and basic accounting functions as needed.

Position Details

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The CAR Sr will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers through face‑to‑face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands‑on experience to provide rental back‑up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location.

This is a part‑time position with a starting rate of pay $16 per hour based on a 25‑hour workweek. Shift differential of $17 per hour between the hours of 6:00 pm–3:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls – reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Notify management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
