Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) for our airport location in Columbia, MO.

The CAR Sr will provide a high level of customer service, assist both internal and external customers, and gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to support rentals and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or admin support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers.
• Provide high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Understand and communicate rental terms and vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks and reports.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location.

This is a Full Time position with a starting rate of pay of $16.84 / hour plus potential bonuses adding up to $22.00. This position offers a 40 hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
