Overview

Enterprise Rent a Car has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Agent at our The Villages location. The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This role is available as regular part time and full time.

Location and Compensation

This branch is located at 1076 Lake Sumter Landing, The Villages, FL 32162.

This position pays $18.10 / hr plus eligibility for a monthly incentive bonus of up to $150 per month based on customer service.

Schedules

We are currently hiring for the following schedules, apart from religious accommodation:

• Sunday OFF
• Monday 7:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday 7:30am-5:00pm
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
• Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm

Responsibilities

1. Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors.
2. Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
3. Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
4. Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
5. Provide directions and general assistance.
6. Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
7. Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
8. Market the company while picking up and dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner.
9. Understand and communicate rental terms and vehicle features.
10. May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment.
11. Report vehicle problems and maintenance needs to management.
12. Clean vehicle interior and exterior as needed.
13. Perform administrative and basic accounting functions, including billing support, accounts receivables, and report generation.
14. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to stand and walk for long periods.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work at The Villages, FL location.
• Willing to accept $18.10/hour pay rate.
• Willing to work full-time with the specified schedule.
