Sr. CRM Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Sr. CRM Manager to lead the development and optimization of our CRM programs across email, SMS, and mobile. This individual will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, personalization, and loyalty through consumer-centric initiatives that connect meaningfully with our audience. Serving as the central data steward for our portfolio of brands, this role is responsible for managing and activating first-party data across all consumer-facing channels—including email, SMS, SEM, digital media, retail media, and paid social.

Sr. CRM Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Sr. CRM Manager to lead the development and optimization of our CRM programs across email, SMS, and mobile. This individual will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, personalization, and loyalty through consumer-centric initiatives that connect meaningfully with our audience. Serving as the central data steward for our portfolio of brands, this role is responsible for managing and activating first-party data across all consumer-facing channels—including email, SMS, SEM, digital media, retail media, and paid social.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Content Strategy & Engagement

  • Own and execute content strategies across email, SMS, and mobile channels. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Content Planning & Development

  • Partner with the digital strategy team to produce personalized, visually impactful content tailored to segmented audiences, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across platforms.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to refine audience segmentation within our Consumer Data Platform (CDP), focusing on behavioral insights and multi-channel engagement patterns.

Integrated Marketing Execution

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—Brand, Creative, and Digital Marketing—to align CRM campaigns with broader marketing programs and deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys.

Process, Testing & Optimization

  • Establish best practices, standard operating procedures, and documentation for CRM initiatives. Lead A/B testing and campaign measurement to inform future strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Media, Analytics, and IT. Serve as a collaborative and empathetic team leader, supporting digital innovation and transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and digital project management.
  • Proficient in CRM SaaS platforms and content management systems.
  • Experience with tools like Airship or similar mobile marketing platforms preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage consumer-focused email, SMS, and mobile campaigns.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment—ideally within CPG or similar industries.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation Range

$97,500 – $130,000 base salary (+ bonus and/or benefits)
