What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key resource for the PMO, fostering relationships between IT and multiple customer constituencies, including patients and providers
- Develop and manage large-scale project plans, identifying key issues, performance metrics, and resource requirements
- Oversee the supervision of project resources, including Business Analysts and Solution Architects
- Manage all aspects of project lifecycle from planning to operational turnover of IT initiatives
- Proactively prepare reports documenting business and patient trends, defining metrics, and recommending solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Information Systems, including software, hardware, and network components
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment
- Multi-hospital and large project management experience
- Scrum/Agile certification preferred
- Strong functional understanding of hospital, clinic, and billing operations
- Experience with project management methodologies and toolsets, including agile and scrum
