Position Purpose

Direct reporting to Credit and Collection Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing and managing credit and collection of JCB Inc.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Perform high volume Accounts Receivable and Collection duties.
• Liaison with outside financing sources.
• Review accounts when needed; credit approves parts and machines for shipping.
• Customer service - respond to customer requests daily by phone, fax & email, reprinting invoices, credits & statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Print and mail parts invoices and manufacturer certificates of origin.
• Cash postings - daily deposits if needed.
• File (scan and file invoices/credits).
• Sundry billings – miscellaneous invoices and credits.
• Research and resolve any customer account discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit and collections.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ERP purchasing system (preferably SAP).
• Comfortable in an in-person office environment.
• Customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor; comfortable in most social settings.
• Desire and proven ability to learn and grow.

Job Conditions

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment.
• Subject to noise and temperature changes.
