Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead a high-visibility global awards program from Plano, Texas. This contract role partners with senior executives and top-tier copywriting partners to convert client success into high-impact marketing assets, ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions.

You will drive operational excellence during crucial submission windows, manage external agencies, and shape go-to-market storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in corporate, financial services, or professional services.
• Experience managing end-to-end content production workflows.
• Proven track record of rigorous project tracking in dynamic, high-visibility environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration with agencies and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end award submission workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder feedback, interview loops, and executive approval cycles.
