The position will serve as employment litigation counsel for the Company, actively managing employment litigation matters for a growing, complex public company. The Sr. Counsel, Employment Litigation, will manage and oversee outside counsel on litigation matters, handle attorney demand letters and federal, state, and local agency charges with minimal oversight, and work with internal and external clients to assess litigation risks and strategize mitigation both proactively and during litigation.
This position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning there is a combination of three onsite days and the rest remote.
Dependent on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors. Expected base salary ranges from $110,000 to $180,000, plus annual bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, disability, stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
